Co-op Good Causes
We have been successful in an application for funding from the Co-op Causes for the current year from October. If you are a Co-op Member, please register your support for the Friends of Bank Hall Grounds project. If you are not a Co-op Member, why not join to help local Good Causes and also benefit from their dividend paid to members. You can join online at coop.co.uk/membership or by downloading the Co-op app. To link into our project use this link: https://membership.coop.co.uk/causes/46265
The shops promoting our cause are:
Food at Tarleton: PR4 6UP – 01772-812669
Food at Banks: PR9 8ET – 01704- 227070
We are now registered with Amazon Smile. This enables Amazon or the Marketplace Traders to donate .1% of any sales to Charity. You don’t pay anything. All you need to do is use the following link to Amazon Smile to set up The Friends of Bank Hall as you Charity partner. The registration process is simple and will pick up all your existing registration details. You must continue to use the link for any purchases rather than the standard Amazon link. Any funds generated for us will be paid to us quarterly and will support us during this difficult time as we have not received any assistance from Government or any other Agency. Give as you Live
We promoted this last year. This works in a similar way to Amazon Smile (Amazon are not a Trader on the Give as you Live scheme). To recap, register with them and the trade on line through their portal. They have many traders included and you can select your preferred ones so that they show as a quick link at the top of the page. The link to follow is: https://www.giveasyoulive.com to register.
We have had issues with Paypal who seemingly cannot understand that our organisation is an Unincorporated Charity. After numerous emails and eventually a telephone call, we have not been able to resolve the situation and consequently we have had to close our account with them. We are looking at alternative methods by which the public can donate funds to us.
We are very grateful for any help and support you can give us.
